Employee Welfare

The We recognize that our employees are the foundation of our success. A percentage of our annual profits is shared with all employees to acknowledge their contributions and promote a sense of ownership. We also offer subsidized housing and meals to support their quality of life.

Islamic Compliance

In line with our ethical and religious values, we strictly comply with Islamic financial obligations. We donate Zakat annually from our earnings to support the underprivileged and uphold social responsibility.

Community Contribution

We have consistently contributed to the construction and development of mosques, madrasas, and orphanages across the country. Our support includes land donation, construction, renovation, and regular funding. We also stand beside the community during natural disasters, donating food, clothing, and financial aid to affected people.

Major Charitable Projects

1 Baitul Ahad Jame Mosjid & Khalequea Darul Ulum Madrasa – Gazipur Land donated in 1965 by our founder. In 1980-82, we helped construct the initial two-storied mosque. The site was expanded after purchasing adjacent land, and today, it houses a 4-storied building accommodating over 400 male students and orphans.This mosque holds sentimental value, as our late founder used to offer prayers here during his visits.

2 Abidhatun Nisa Nurani Talimul Quran Training Center (Female Madrasa & Orphanage) – Vatara, Dhaka We donated land and built a two-storied facility for female orphans and students. Currently home to approximately 300 female students, the center receives regular Eid donations, food, and financial support.

4 Dhanmondi Jame Mosjid Address: 1 No. North Circular Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205 Regular financial support for operational needs.

5 Baitul Momin Hafezia Madrasa & Etimkhana Address: 7/8, Free School Street, Hatirpul, Kalabagan, Dhaka-1205 Support provided for education, meals, and orphan welfare.
